Our training is developed from the direct experiences of underserved communities through interviews and focus groups. In addition, we rely on data collected from global institutions who have extensively practiced or studied in social justice fields.
We facilitate workshops with program participants that allow them to gain a deeper understanding of their experiences in society and give them the skills to attain self sufficiency and be empowered.
Mental Health Serivices in communities of color
Mental health stigmas often prevent resources from being accessible in black and brown communities. Learn how to support clients in setting and meeting goals around mental health

Experiences and expectations of gender roles are reviewed and discussed. Including media, pay inequity, societal norms and perspectives from experts in various fields of gender equity
