What We Do
Operation Give Back collaborates with organizations to improve the lives of vulnerable and marginalized communities through providing educational resources to the providers who serve them.
We provide training and workshops to organizations, as well as facilitate informative conversation, through interviews and podcasts. Operation Give Back educates social service agencies on the provision of equitable services for clients and staff and empowers underserved populations through life skills, social and cultural humility workshops.
Our mission is to inspire empathy and cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the experiences of vulnerable and marginalized communities to create a more equitable world
Operation Give Back's vision is to provide employment opportunities, basic needs materials and referrals to individuals who face significant barriers in addition to our existing services by 2024
Operation Give Back accepts donations and travel size basic needs materials (in new condition) for our outreach program this includes hygiene products, umbrellas and undergarments
